DataServe provide specialized technical training for the solutions and technologies that we market and sell. We provide this service as basic components of any offer we submit. We believe that such training improve reach and knowledge and facilitate usage and administration of these technologies. These training courses are designed according to customer requirements or project as DataServe does not maintain regular training schedule yet. Nevertheless, the training delivery process is very well organized and comply with standard trainings offered in regular training centers. The training courses offered include the following:

• Systems Administration Training (include daily systems operation tasks, systems monitoring, backup plans, performance monitoring, security impelemtation, resource management and other systems administration tasks) 

• Designer Training (include eForms design, process design, applications/solution design, infrastructure design ...)

• Application Development Training (using solutions APIs and development procedures and other applications developments tasks)

• Specialized training courses according to customer/project requirements using specialized trainers locally or internationally as DataServe can arrange for such training upon request.

Most of the provided training courses are delivered by DataServe own engineers (such as systems engineers, application developers, senior analysts and designers) who have wealth of knowledge with technical hands on experience.
