implementation plans as well.

requirements to solve business issue or improve business practice
using technical solution. This service is delivered by technical
consultants specialized in the problem area. These consultant
provide objective technical analysis and justifications for the
possible solution that can resolve the issue and at the same time in
conjunction with account manager can provide a close estimate of the
total solution. This can significantly help the customer proceed
with the recommendations and implement the solution or request a
budget for it in the next financial year or request further
information from qualified vendors. Alternatively the customer can
cancel this request if the feasibility study was not justified.

technical evaluation for solution or product. This is a technical
study where the solution or product is being tested against standard
evaluation metrics using templates and tools. the collected data is
then assembled and and over evaluation report is generated.

Building
Request For Proposal (RFP) document. This document is usually the
end product of studying customer requirements so that if the
customer decide to release a public tender or make invitation for
bidders/vendors to bid or make an offer for his requirements. It is
a technical and legal document and all requirements are binding to
the customer and the vendor once he agree on them.

Building
Request for Information
(RFI) document. This document is usually built upon customer request
when there are multiple vendors for the same solution with little or
no information about all these solutions/vendors. It aims to collect
additional technical information about available solutions from
different vendors and may request budgetary cost for the
implementation. In large projects implementation plan may also be
requested as this could be a major factor in selection criterion for
the solution/vendor.
