While DataServe deliver projects from start to finish, the client may require the implementation of a particular solution from DataServe solutions portfolio. In this case the Technical Services Department (TSD) perform the work required. The implementation services provided by TSD in DataServe deals with the implementation of the technical solution and is usually provided as part of main project. These services include carrying out site preparation, installation and configuration of servers and networks and major equipment associated with them. Also it includes preparation, installation and setup for user workstations and peripherals. In addition, the services include the installation of different applications/software and configuring them to work in a customer's environment. Furthermore it includes all solution customization according to customer requirements document.

Implementation Services are offered with full coordination with project management, if available, within the main project. The technical team coordinate with the project manager by providing the tasks intended to be implemented, updating for the project schedule, and providind reports for the progress in work and deliverables.

The set of technical skills and expertise on the solutions that DataServe market and sell made the process of implementing the solutions a routine task for DataServe TSD. In addition, due to the fact that most of the technologies and solutions offered are usually implemented as part of a main project, this mean a lot of the services such as project management and overall quality assurance (which is different from the quality assurance at the application level) are not offered as part of the implementation services which mean less cost to the client.
