ADMIN Correspondence System – MOAMALAT® - Is the Best Solution National DataServe and Turnkey Solutions Company has benefited from previous experiments and experiences and has used the latest technologies to design its comprehensive e-transactions System Moamalat®, which handles all Admin Communications centers. This includes but not limited to:

• Register outgoing and incoming transactions as well as the internal transmittals.
• Print and read barcode label on transactions.
• Scan and electronically archive transactions.
• Apply different security levels on transactions data and documents.
• Transmit electronic version of a transaction between different administrations and users according to authorization level provided for each and the predetermined workflow map.
• Link outgoing and incoming transactions with each other and offer a feature to close incoming records.
• Manage all versions of outgoing transactions.
• Print delivery and performance reports.

ADMIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM – MOAMALAT® KEY FEATURES
Comprehensiveness: MOAMALAT® Admin Communication System achieves the sense of comprehensiveness as it covers the following requirements:
•Basic, such as registration process, internal transmittal, follow-up and payment.
• Or Special, such as electronic archiving including basic scanning of transaction’s attachments either a hard or electronic document enabled to add different versions of documents according the workflow.
• Or, Advanced, such as modification of workflow map and customization of system overall look, the performance measurements, and changing performance standards. Graphical follow-up is also provided according to workflow maps

APPLICATION INTERFACE
All MOAMALAT® system’s components have a web-based application interface, including basic scanning, and therefore, no software to be installed at the workstation except the web browser. Since the MOAMALAT® is based on IBM-WebSphere Portal or Microsoft SharePoint.

ADMIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM – MOAMALAT® IN GLANCE
• An integrated advanced system that can handle all admin communications requirements that is prearranged in a sophisticated and flexible way. Basically, it is installed “as is” or can be customized upon the client’s request
• Based on IBM-FileNet software (IBM-FileNet P8) which is ready-made superior infrastructure that is concerned with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), which includes electronic archiving applications and Business Process Management (BPM), e-forms, e-documents management System (EDMS), and content search capability, and other applications.
• Includes all the functions of admin communications ( General, Special through Advanced)
• Supports paperless environment
• Supports access through the internet.
• Possibility of benefiting from IBM-FileNet Software Licenses in archiving the documents which are not associated with admin communications or automating certain processes for the client with no impact on MOAMALAT®-Electronic Transactions System

INTEGRATION WITH “YESSER” E-GOVERNMENT PORTAL
IBM-FileNet software, which we provide to our clients, supports Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and is basically based on this feature. What does this mean? In short, it means unlimited integration capabilities, especially when there is a requirement for integration with “YESSER” e-Government Portal. For example, a transaction can be issued to an external organization with the need for printing and physical delivery of that transaction since it is entirely processed electronically and maximum security is guaranteed.

SEARCH FEATURES
Moamalat® Admin Communication System offers a variety of standard search features are available to assist end users to follow-up and reports generation. Search is easily done through pre-identified indexing keys. The system also supports search by document content if it saved as an electronic file but not an image

REPORTS
Moamalat® Admin Communications System offers a range of standard reports that the end users can easily generate that cover line management requirements (various statistical reports), and top management (employees’ performance reports, transaction by type reports, statistical reports at different levels, either by administration, department, section, or employee.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Moamalat® supports all standard security systems, and therefore, it can be integrated with client’s infrastructure with no burden on security management, except that set up security level on transaction according to existing security system, that is compatible standard LDAP i.e. Microsoft Active Directory, IBM Tivoli Access Manager, Novell Directory Services, and Sun One.

WORKFLOW MAPS
Moamalat® has the merit of being based on Business Process Management, PBM, which allows exchange of transactions that are consistent with predetermined Workflow Maps. The system provides standard Workflow Maps for Incoming and Outgoing transactions as well as internal referrals through best practices in this field. The transaction workflow can easily be modified and changed by using operations design toolkit to fit Admin Communications work requirements

SYSTEM DESIGN
Moamalat® system can be designed in several ways and with least number of servers. It can also be designed to be distributed to several of servers to meet workload requirements, poor performance, or operational exigency. The system supports advanced set up for High Availability, Load Balancing, and Disaster Recovery.

SINGLE SIGN ON – SSO
Moamalat® system supports Single Sign On, SSO, such as IBM Tivoli Access Manager, CA Site Minder, each of which is an internationally recognized software.

ADVANCED SCAN
Moamalat® system offers advanced scanning options such as improvement, modification and addition of a certain page and insertion of that page within a document. On request, Arabic or Latin alphabets recognition, (OCR) and barcode reading features can be added to Moamalat® system.

- End User Software License (Per number of end users) for Business Process Manager
- Database: DB2, MS-SQL, or Oracle.
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server or UNIX (IBM, SUN, Linux).
- Minimum Servers Qty: 2 Production Servers.
